Subscribing During or After Your Free Trial

No card details are required to start a free trial. You can subscribe to a paid plan at any time during your trial or after it has ended. During the trial, all PracticeFlow features are available. The features and allowances available after the trial depend on the plan selected.


Plan structure

  • Starter: one user and up to 250 active clients
  • Professional: two users and up to 500 active clients
  • Enterprise: five included users and unlimited clients

Additional users can be added to the Enterprise plan.

Client limits include active clients only. Contacts, prospects and archived clients are excluded.

How to subscribe

  1. Click the Trial ends in X days banner at the top of the screen, or go to Settings > Subscribe.
  2. Choose monthly or yearly billing.
  3. Select the required plan.
  4. Enter your payment details on the Stripe checkout page.

Before subscribing to the Starter or Professional plan, the number of active users and clients on the trial must not exceed the allowance for the selected plan. For example:

  • To select the Professional plan when three users are active, one user must first be archived.
  • To select the Starter plan when there are 300 active clients in the trial account, at least 50 clients must first be archived.

Enterprise plan: if more than five users are active during the trial, then the additional users will be added automatically to the subscription. You do not need to archive them before subscribing.


If you log in after the trial has expired you will be taken directly to the pricing plans page.


Stripe checkout

Once you have chosen a plan, the Stripe checkout page will open so that you can enter your payment details:

Once payment is confirmed, the paid subscription is activated and the trial banner is removed.


Once subscribed, the account Owner can access the Billing Portal from Settings > Billing.
