How can I access Help and Support

In App support form

You can contact the PracticeFlow team directly from within the app:

-         Click the Settings cog (top-right).

-         Select Help & Support.

The support page shows two buttons at the top: Ask and Answers:

Ask refreshes the screen and displays the contact form.

Answers opens a searchable list of help articles and user-guide topics

Click Send, and a support team member will respond, typically by email.

This is best used for feature questions, or quick how-to’s.


Book a Demo or live Q & A

If you are in trial mode, you’ll see an option to Book a Demo in the settings dropdown.

This links to a Calendly booking page, where you can:

-         Schedule a 30-minute demo

-         Book a live Q&A session

-         Get help setting up your practice or testing features


If you are no longer on a trial, this option remains available via the main website.

Other than this User Guide, help is available from:

-         Direct email responses to in-app queries

-         Live demos and onboarding sessions

-         Occasional screen recordings or walkthroughs sent via Loom


Feedback & Feature Requests

Practice Flow actively welcomes user feedback.

To suggest a feature or report a general user experience issue:

-         Use the Help & Support form, or

-         Contact the support email provided in your welcome pack


All feedback is logged and reviewed as part of the product roadmap.
