What are email templates?
Practice Flow includes a built-in email templating system to streamline communications with clients. Templates can be created for each service and automatically populated with client-specific data. Emails can be accessed directly within tasks.
Email templates are created centrally via Settings \ Email Templates using a combination of text and system field data. You can customise the ”from” name, email and signature block (including your logo in Settings \ Account Settings.
