Why is a Smart Tasks are not created?

If the minimum information is not provided as indicated by the lightning symbols in the side panels against Companies and Individuals, then smart tasks will not be created.

If an Engagement Letter Date is present, the system assumes the letter has already been received and will not generate a task.

AML tasks will not generate if the AML date is already entered. AML task generation depends on:

(a) when the next task is scheduled 1–3 years (account settings) and

(b) the start date per the AML smart task template.
