Can I create a checklist for a task?

Yes, tasks can include checklists, but how they are created depends on the task type:

-         Smart Tasks: Use a predefined checklist set in the Smart Task Template (applies to all clients using that template).

-         One-off or Recurring Tasks: You can create a manual checklist in the task side panel when setting up the task.


Checklist items can be ticked off individually. Each checklist is unique to the client and task while that task is in progress.

- Smart Tasks: Reset each cycle using the checklist defined in the template.

- Recurring Tasks: Retain their own checklist across repeats.

- One-off Tasks: Have a single checklist for that individual task.

The Checklist Status column can be shown or hidden using the Column Chooser.
