How can I filter task information?

The Tasks tab allows you to view and manage all tasks across clients.


The default view displays all current tasks. The task buttons at the top right of the screen look like this:

You can apply various filters to the task view:

-         Service: Click a specific service such as Accounts to narrow the view to show only Accounts tasks.

You can also filter the view using the drop down boxes

-         Client name

-         Deadline – various options such as due next week or due within 60 days

-         User – all or pick one user

-         Status – all, or 1 of 7 options including scheduled, started and completed


Sort Columns: Click any column header such as Client Name or Due Date to sort alphabetically or by date.


Use Column Chooser in the left margin, middle button (book icon) to select or deselect columns to show in view:

Tip: Use the Reset button in the column chooser screen to revert to default display and clear any filters.
