What are the Tasks?
Tasks are central to how work is tracked and managed. In PracticeFlow there are three task types:
One-off tasks - created manually
Useful for ad hoc work or items not covered by automation.
Recurring Tasks – created manually
A task that repeats at a set interval for a specific client (for example, update a client’s monthly cashflow forecast). Recurring tasks could be used for anything not related to a normal smart task.
Smart Tasks
Generated automatically using templates.
Driven by client-specific fields and dates (e.g. VAT quarters, AML renewal date).
