What are my Services?

Services represent the categories of work that you perform for your clients. In the Tasks tab, they act as fixed filters to help you organise and view tasks more easily within the Tasks tab. Services do not control task behaviour or automation. The default services included in PracticeFlow are:

-         Accounts

-         AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

-         Bookkeeping

-         CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)

-         Company Tax

-         Confirmation Statement

-         Onboarding

-         Payroll

-         Self-Assessment

-         VAT

All services appear along the top of the tasks tab. You can toggle services on/off depending on which ones you want to show:

Go to Settings -> Services

Click on the Service line and toggle on/off
