How do I link Individuals to Companies and vice versa?

You can link Individuals to Companies and vice versa. For example if a Director of one of your Company clients, is also an individual client.

- Click on an individual to open the side panel and scroll down to the Linked Companies section

- Select the client company from the drop-down list. Once the link has been established, it will appear in both Company and individual views

- The link can also be made by selecting a company client

- Clicking the “eye” icon will jump to the linked company/individual. The icon next to it unlinks the company/individual:

The Import Template for Individuals includes a column for linked Company Number, allowing pre-linked relationships.
