How can I Archive my clients?

If you want to retain a client’s data but remove them from client and task views, click the archive button found in the Companies or Individuals tabs:

If this is an organisation registered at Companies House, this will stop the automatic sync and move the client into the archive area.


You can view archived clients by clicking the archive button on the top bar of either of the client tabs:

What happens when you archive:

- The client no longer appears on any of the dashboard, client or tasks tabs.

- Their records are preserved for compliance and audit purposes.

- Syncing with Companies House stops.


If you unarchive, syncing and task logic resume.

This is useful for offboarding clients or pausing inactive engagements.
