How do I customise my account view?

The tabs for Companies, Individuals and Tasks all provide a similar grid based view and can all be amended in the same way.


Note the 3 small buttons in the middle of the left margin:

Using the column chooser - add all the information you want to show and uncheck any fields that are not required, then drag columns into any order required. You can also sort and filter.


By default, many of the fields are not shown to present a more concise view. After you have added additional columns, you can revert to the default view by clicking “reset” in the ‘choose column’ dialog box. This will also reset column positions and any filters applied.


The Dashboard is split into two main areas. The top half of the dashboard provides a colour-coded overview of tasks. A dropdown allows you to select an alternative Company Deadlines view.
