Where can I find my Settings?
- To find your Settings please click the cog icon top right corner of the screen
- This opens a dropdown menu with the following options
Profile – Name, email address, ‘on/off’ for two-factor authentication and reset password.
Account Settings – Control global settings such as AML intervals, column view lock, optional tax settings and email settings.
Users – Add, edit, or archive users and assign roles (Owner, Administrator, Staff).
Services – View and manage the list of services (Accounts, VAT, Payroll, etc). Use the toggle switch to show or hide each service in the Tasks tab.
Custom Fields - Create up to five custom fields per tab: Companies, Individuals, and Tasks. Each field can be configured by name, data type (for example text, date, or yes/no), and staff visibility. Custom field data can be displayed using the column chooser and included in exports.
Email Templates – Create and manage pre-formatted templates for client communication within a specific task.
Help & Support – Opens a support message form to submit queries directly from within the app.
Book a Demo – Available in trial mode; this option will allow you to book a meeting with the support team.
Main Website – Directs you to the PracticeFlow website.
Sign Out – Logs you out of the application.
