Standard Services in PracticeFlow

Services represent the categories of work that you perform for your clients. They are used to group and label tasks consistently across your client base. In the Tasks tab, they act as fixed filters to help you organise and view tasks more easily within the Tasks tab. Services themselves do not contain task logic or automation rules. A service provides context and classification rather than workflow. The default services included in PracticeFlow are:

-          Accounts

-          AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

-          Bookkeeping

-          CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)

-          Confirmation Statement

-          Onboarding

-          Organisation Tax

-          Payroll

-          Self-Assessment

-          VAT

All services appear along the top of the tasks tab. You can toggle services on/off depending on which ones you want to show:

Making Tax Digital for Income Tax (MTD IT) is managed within the Self-Assessment service and introduces additional Smart Tasks where applicable.
