Linked Clients

You can link individuals to organisations and vice versa.

Click on an individual to open the side panel and scroll down to the Linked Organisations section:

Select the organisation from the drop-down list. Once the link has been established, it will appear in both Organisation and individual views.

The link can also be made by selecting an organisation to open its side panel and scrolling down to Linked Individuals:

Clicking the “eye” icon will jump to the linked organisation/individual. The icon next to it unlinks the organisation/individual:

When importing individuals using the import template, links to organisations can be created automatically by providing the Companies House company number. If no company number is available, the link must be created manually in the app by selecting the organisation by name.
